Year 1 had a fabulous fun seaside day in school.
They kicked off the day with a Punch and Judy show; each class spent time 'at the beach' with sandpits, paddling pools, donkey rides and bubble blowing. Afterward, they completed art projects - some shell printing, sewing and made their own Punch and Judy stick puppets. The afternoon was rounded off with a lolly or ice cream in the shade of the Reading gardens. All the children had a thoroughly enjoyable day.
