As you know, on Wednesday 14th October, we will be having our very own Roman Day in Year 4. This day will immerse the children in the world of ancient Rome and help them to embed the knowledge they’ve been learning throughout the term.

For our upcoming Roman Day, we would love the children to come dressed as Roman citizens. There’s no need to buy anything new — simple homemade costumes are perfect. You could even reuse your child’s Ancient Greek costume from last year if you have one. If you’re still unsure, feel free to send your child in with a spare sheet and we can turn it into a Roman toga at school.

Thank you for your support in helping bring our Roman Day to life.
