Before the trip the children mapped their route to the town and on the day followed this while walking to the seafront. We were super impressed with their knowledge of direction and being able to indicate where they were on the map. Throughout the walk they also looked at the human and physical features of our town.
The children had fantastic fun looking at the historical features of our town and even had some moments to sketch the different parts of our town including the fishing huts.
