To further enrich their learning, they held a USA Day on Wednesday. The children dressed up in American themed costumes, including cowboys, cheerleaders and even a Statue of Liberty! They also finished making their pretzels for the DT unit; they researched a state of their choice and created posters in teams; took part in a quiz all about North America; and finally performed their line dancing routines to their parents and carers at the end of the day. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and fully immersed themselves in American culture!
